Vegyépszer Co. Ltd., the present owner,
purchased Chemimontazh Ltd. in 1998.
In
the period between 1998 and 2000, the primary
task of Chemimontazh Ltd. was to provide
and operate the mechanical means - such
as earth work machines, transport vehicles,
hoisting machines, motor vehicles for the
activities of Vegyépszer performed abroad.
In
the year 2001, Chemimontazh Ltd., on behalf
of Vegyépszer Co. Ltd. as its subcontractor,
performed two large volume jobs in addition
to the maintenance and shut-down works
of TENGIZCHEVROIL’s operating plant.
