Chemimontazh LLC was founded by the then sole owner, Vegyepszer Construction and Assembling Joint Stock Company (At present Vegyepszer CJSC) in 1997.
(In the middle of 1980’s, in accordance with a Hungarian-Soviet Inter-governmental Agreement, Vegyepszer JSC played an important role as a Hungarian main contractor in the construction of the first gasoline plant and, after it Vegyepszer received serious recognition with execution of other several industrial facilities.)
In the period between 1998 and 2000 the main task of Chemimontazh LLC was to ensure and to operate mechanical equipment (earth moving machines, transporting vehicles, hoists and automobiles) for outland activities of Vegyepszer mainly in Kazakhstan in the areas of Tengiz and Karachaganak.
From the end of the year 2000 Chemimontazh, beside maintaining its earlier tasks and work sites, undertook individual project in Algeria as a contracting partner of Brown& Root International Ltd. (American company) where executed development works of the oil field Hassi Berkine.
From the year of 2001 the broadening of the tasks of the company were carried on. The contracts performance relating to outland construction and the execution of construction works started to hand over and to execute as a sub-contractor of Vegyepszer JSC by Chemimontazh.
In the space of the year 2002 Vegyepszer gradually handed over its all outland contracts, projects in Kazakhstan and partner relationship to Chemimontazh LLC. In the meantime Chemimontazh received the classified and professional staff, which had several years of inestimable experiences.
Owing to this fact, our company is enable to apply manpower with wide-range of professional experiences which meets the current demands and the requirements of the given task. The management as well as the leadership consist of experts having university degree mainly in technical field and most of them have 10-15 years of inland and outland assembling skills having foreign language knowledge.
Due to our company’s highly qualified workers coupling with their qualitative and effective manner of working, Chemimontazh possesses stable positions in the more and more demanding Kazakh market. It is testified by our references as well.
Furthermore the Hungarian creativity, our more decades of local knowledge, as well as our conflict-free interrelationship with the local habitants, colleagues, and authorities, are also in our favour.

Chemimontazh has had a Certified Quality Management System operated since 2002, which meets the requirements of the standard ISO 9001:2000. The system serves as a guarantee for our Clients, which testifies that the construction activities, the quality of our services meet their requirements.
Our most important Clients are major investor and main contractor companies operating in the North-East area of the Caspian Sea, included but not limited to the followings: Tengizchevroil Kazakh-American mixed enterprise; PFD International LLC; JSC „Caspian Pipeline Consortium-K”; JSC „Montazhspetsstroy”; Consolidated Contracting, Engineering & Procurement S.A.L. and AGIP KCO / Bateman Kazakhstan Oil and Gas BV.
 In February 2007 Chemimontazh LLC was bought by HARCON JSC. Since then Dr. Kern Ferenc has been the Managing Director of the Company again.
