Policy
The primary objective
of the Management of Chemimontazh Ltd.
is to achieve, with the activity of the
Company, a favourable image on foreign
markets, to gain and keep the confidence
of Customers, to increase our market share,
to continuously maintain the high quality
of construction work and services performed
with meeting the expectations and, as a
result, to be successful in our operations.
In order to achieve these objectives:
1. We will introduce in full, maintain
and effectively operate the Quality Management
System that meets the requirements of the
standard MSZ EN ISO 9001:2001, to be proved
with the respective Certificate which we
will obtain and keep valid.
2. Our employees will be provided regular
training and, by the acceptance of the
development principles, it will be ensured
that everybody can take active part in
the further development of the system.
3. In order to continuously ensure the
corresponding quality level, suppliers
and subcontractors will be carefully selected
and regularly certified.
4. On foreign markets, local employees
will be employed integrated in project
works, by observing the requirements of
our Quality Management System, ensuring
the utilization, in a mutually advantageous
manner, of knowledge accumulated by mankind.
5. Through the operation of the Quality
Management System, it will be ensured that
the work done can be followed up and, in
addition to the correction of accidental
faults, we will make sure these faults
never occur again in the future, and the
measures taken be documented and confirmed.
6. Parallel to the operation and continuous
development of the Quality Management System,
the protection of natural environment and
natural property will be in the focus of
our attention.
7. In the interest of meeting the requirements
of the Clients, we will continuously develop
our technology and work culture.
8. It is our definite aim to make sure
that every employee of ours feels satisfied
in their jobs, and contribute to the success
of our company with positive way of thinking.
